Rebuild kit 9910-Kit1720 is the replacement diaphragm kit for the Hypro D70 diaphragm pump. Hypro reccomends changing the diaphragsm every 500 hours or three months, whichever comes first.
Kit1720 has been superseded by AR43241.
The kit includes two replacement Desmopan diaphragms (9910-550085), four replacement valve o-rings (9910-320030) and replacement accumulator diaphragm. (9910-550190).
When replacing the diaphragms follow all factory torque specifications.A diaphragm rebuild will also require new oil. Replace with 30 weight non-detergent or Hypro pump oil (2160-0038).
Other rebuild kits available for the D70 are the valve kit (9910-Kit2364) and o-ring kit (9910-Kit2365).
