Hypro D115/D135 Diaphragm Kit

Hypro rebuild kit 9910-Kit1721 is the replacement diaphragm kit for the D115 and D135 diaphragm pumps. Hypro recommends changing the diaphragms every 500 hours or three months, whichever comes first.

Kit1721 has been superseded by AR43249. 

The kit includes three replacement Desmopan diaphragms (9910-550085), six replacement valve o-rings (9910-320030) and replacement accumulator diaphragm (9910-550190).

When rebuilding the pump diaphragms follow all factory torque specifications. Accumulator diaphragm should be set to 20% of pump operating pressure. Replacing diaphragms will require new oil. Replace with 30 weight non-detergent or Hypro pump oil (2160-0038).

Replacement o-ring (9910-Kit2026) and valve kits (9910-Kit2370) are also available for the D115/135 pump.
