Hypro D250 Diaphragm Kit

Hypro rebuild kit 9910-Kit1722 is the replacement diaphragm kit for the Hypro D250 diaphragm pump. Hypro recommends changing the diaphragms every 500 hours or three months, whichever comes first.

Kit1972 has been superseded by AR43261. 

The kit includes six replacement Desmopan diaphragms (9910-550085), twelve replacement valve o-rings (9910-680070) and replacement accumulator diaphragm (9910-550190).

When rebuilding the pump diaphragms follow all factory torque specifications. Accumulator diaphragm should be set to 20% of pump operating pressure. Replacing diaphragms will require new oil. Replace with 30 weight non-detergent or Hypro pump oil (2160-0038).

Replacement o-ring (9910-Kit1904) and valve kits (9910-Kit2114) are also available for the D250 pump.
