Ordered the wrong product? No problem! Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To return an item please call us at 1-800-706-9530 to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number. The refund on items sent back without proper RMA documentation may be delayed. When shipping back an item please make sure the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of the box and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip in the package.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When shipping an item back please make sure to use proper packaging and ship with an insurable carrier. Any damage that occurs on the return shipment is not the responsibility of Gregson-Clark Spraying Equipment.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, Gregson-Clark will refund the original purchase price less shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days after delivery for refund to post.
Sometimes it happens, in the event you receive a product different than what was ordered, Gregson-Clark will send out the correct item with a prepaid shipping label to send the wrong item back at no charge to you. When receiving a package it is important to inspect it for visible damage prior to signing for the item. If an item is received damaged or broken, sign for the package as "damaged" and contact us immediately so we are able to start a claim and get a new item out to you. Gregson-Clark covers the manufacturer's warranty on all items we sell. If an item is defective in the warranty period please contact us to set up a warranty return. All warranty returns must be sent back using a RMA number. Once an item is returned the product will be tested by our staff. If the item is approved for warranty, a credit will be issued. If the item received is not approved for warranty the product will be returned to the customer. Before setting up a warranty return please make sure to troubleshoot the problem with our staff.
