Modular Systems

For vans, enclosed body trucks and flatbeds, our modular systems provide versatile solutions to make ideal use of available space. The pump/engine and hose reel are typically mounted curbside for easy access and the tank(s) are positioned for ease of filling and ideal weight distribution.

Modular Pumping Units

Our modular pumping unit features a compact frame to hold the pump/engine and hose reel. The reel is typically mounted on the bottom with the pump/engine on top. This allows for easy filling of the gas tank. This orientation can be reversed if necessary or the frame can hold two pump/engines or two hose reels.

Two-tank systems are plumbed with 3-way ball valves.
Systems with three or more tanks require a manifold system.
For enclosed body trucks, the Gregson-Clark Modular Pumping Units allow easy access to all controls. Note- this unit is equipped with a fast fill line and dispensing nozzle for filling a ride-on sprayer.
Because of their compact universal design, Gregson-Clark Modular Systems can easily be "customer installed" for considerable cost savings.
Added to an existing sprayer, a modular tank is an inexpensive way to increase capacity and allow for two separate spray solutions.
